Dr. Jonathan L. Streit is the owner of Align For Life Chiropractic which is located on the NW corner of Montebello and Academy blvd in Colorado Springs, CO. Dr. Streit is originally from a small farming community of Tipton, Kansas. Following his undergraduate studies in Chemistry and Microbiology Dr. Streit worked for 2 years as a chemist and microbiology lab specialist for an environmental firm. Dr. Streit decided to attend Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansas City after first hand witnessing the effectiveness of Chiropractic care.
Dr. Streit is strongly committed to furthering his chiropractic knowledge and education. He routinely works with people that have been injured in a motor vehicle accident or patients that need corrective spinal care, nutritional education or Pre/Post natal Chiropractic Care. After having his own children Dr. Streit fell in love with pediatric chiropractic care and continues to work with athletes of all calibers for extremities injuries with emphasis on the knee and ankle.
Dr. Streit is an active member of the Colorado Chiropractic Association, International Chiropractic Pediatrics Association, Chiropractic Biophysics, and many local and state organizations. Dr. Streit belongs to the American Institute of Personal Injury Physicians and is currently pursuing a specialized program for whiplash and brain traumatology put on by the prestigious Spine Research Institute of San Diego.
Outside the practice, Dr. Streit enjoys spending time with his wife Alisha his son Noah and daughter Ava. Starting out as a flat lander Dr. Streit has become addicted to mountain biking, hiking but still loves the roots he has for hunting and fishing.
