Theresa is a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She brings an evidence-based approach in positive psychology and behavioral change in her work with her clients.

She partners with clients who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or need help integrating the lifestyle changes needed to transform their health.

Clients can expect personalized, dedicated support tailored to their unique needs addressing a variety of concerns such as stress, nutrition, exercise, sleep, or work-life balance.


Theresa possesses valuable insight into the many challenges one encounters when healing from chronic conditions. She arrived in the wellness and health coaching field after experiencing her own health crisis with an autoimmune condition, and a personal journey to rebuild her immune health along with mind-body healing.  She is now passionate about helping others find their own path to wellness and brings a high level of empathy, respect and understanding into her empowering coaching style.
